From the beginning we have committed ourselves to working with Independent Jewelers, recognizing that the Independent brick and mortar store is the backbone of the American Jewelry Industry. We do not sell to the Majors, Discounters, Television Marketers or Internet Companies.

Lifetime Warranty:

Every Pendant Chain that we import is clearly marked with the Manufacturers logo and is stamped 14k or 18k Italy. In addition the Sharrah Designs logo can be found on the quality tag. The chains are easily identifiable and all are sold with a Lifetime Warranty that covers the chain and the findings as well. Should for any reason a chain or its findings fail in its intended function, notify us and return it to us and we will replace the chain or findings as specified. In the event that a style is discontinued, we will offer a credit towards a new chain at the original wholesale purchase price.
